We are seeking a Sessional Lecturers with a track record of effective teaching and experience in the field of Special and Inclusive Education. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to teaching and/or tutoring one or more of the following courses:
1)Teaching Methods and Techniques in Special and Inclusive Education (Part-time Program)

This course explores the theory, research, and implementation of a range of teaching approaches used in special education, in the context of other variables, such as educational settings, resourcing issues and emerging policy directions in the area.
2) Education of Students with Learning Difficulties (Part-time program)

This course provides opportunities for students to learn and reflect upon the underlying causes of learning difficulties. Moreover, students will learn to be able to outline the nature of the reading process and identify the likely effects of underlying causes on specific reading skills and strategies as well as to provide information on the nature of specific difficulties in spelling and early-level numeracy.
Selection Criteria
- PhD or Master's Degree (with at least 5 years of Relevant Experience) in Special and Inclusive Education or a closely-related discipline
- Evidence of lecturing skills and a commitment to the delivery of high-quality teaching
- Ability to work cooperatively with academic and professional staff
- Willingness to contribute effectively as a member of a cohesive team
