Alumni Services are looking Software Delivery Programme Director, based in Singapore. The Role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large scale, complex software programmes for clients in sectors including in Financial services, Shipping and Logistics.
This role requires a strong background combining programme and project management with software development processes; including a track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget. The suitable candidate must have over 10 years experience managing complex, multi-stream software development programmes at Director level, including oversight of multiple on/offshore teams and senior complex stakeholder management.
This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and oversee multiple software projects as part of a wider programme.
· Define programme scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client outcomes.
· Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet user and business requirements.
· Implement and enforce software development best practices and quality standards.
· Lead a team to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Oversee and manage changes to programme scope and objectives.
· Assess the impact of changes and adjust programme plans accordingly.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all programme-related matters.
· Communicate programme status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
· Facilitate regular meetings/ceremonies to ensure alignment between cross-functional teams.
· Coordinate with project managers, scrum masters and development teams to allocate resources effectively.
· Identify potential risks and issues early in the programme and develop risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
· 10+ years Proven experience as a Programme Manager in complex software delivery.
· Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Demonstrated experience in managing a programme with stakeholders and team members across multiple geographies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in Agile based delivery, Scaled Agile delivery would be preferred.
· PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification.
