Responsibilities:
Key Roles: To negotiate for lease renewals. Focuses solely on strata mall renewals
- Conduct negotiations for lease renewals with tenants.
- Complete lease agreements and other related leasing documentation.
- Communicate with tenants and building occupants regarding leasing and tenancy matters.
Requirements:
- Key Criteria: Renewal Negotiations experience
- Open to any leasing / property sales personnel from any type of property
- Must have experience in doing leasing negotiations.
- Must be very meticulous
- Strong in negotiations and sales.
- Must be degree holder
