Position: Assistant Manager (Museum)
Contract: Period: 12 months
Located: East
Salary: Upto $3,000 per month
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
JOB SCOPE:
- The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining and updating information on the digital database which forms part of the exhibition and will include but is not limited to - liasing with public requests for amendments or inclusions of persons or names to the database - extracting and collating information from public requests to be uploaded to the database; conducting further research for verification - as well as assisting to archive materials which may be sent in with requests but not suitable for upload to the database.
- The Assistant Manager will also assist with donations request. This will include liaising with potential donors, initial assessment and research pertaining to these requests.
- The Assistant Manageris ideally familiar/comfortable with simple data extraction and management, comfortable with historical research and able to work independently and timely with deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Degree Holders in Arts Related
- With similiar experiences will be added advantage
- Strong in writing and presentation skills, Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Simple data extraction and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated individual who is hungry for a challenge and looking to make an impact
- Part-time basis is possible to arrange
