Interior Designer
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm [Depends on project]
Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $1500 + Commissions [50%] - Can earn up to 5 digit
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling Sale enquiries / Client presentations
- Liaise with Clients on their requirements.
- Provide design consultations based on Clients’ needs.
- Prepare quotations.
- Selling and closing
2. Project Management / Site Coordination
- Schedule workflow between suppliers / subcontractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.
3. Site Supervision
- Site visit, Audit Check & Quality Check to ensure all designs and works met the requirements as well as timeline set.
4. Furnishing / purchasing
- On Client’s request, to accompany Clients to purchase home furnishing / fittings / sanitary wares.
5. 3D drafting / rendering
- Drafting out layout plan, 3D perspective designs, design concept, carpentry details drawings, full set drawing or other relevant drawings as needed
