Job Duties:
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to take orders and process payments swiftly and accurately.
- Prepare platform delivery orders, ensuring that they are packed securely and ready for pickup or delivery.
- Perform simple cooking tasks, such as glutinous rice balls, black pearls, tapioca cubes, or other menu items as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing customer queries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring a hygienic and inviting environment for customers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Availability to work morning, evening, or rotating shifts, including night shifts until 11 p.m., as well as weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred, as it provides valuable knowledge and familiarity with operational procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, especially during peak hours.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused setting.
