As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will Supervises the execution of small projects.
Serves as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures. Uses standard tracking tools to report project progress. Evaluates project costs and progress against budget and plan.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Construction sector with increasing level of
- responsibilities within an MNC. Prior experience with SAP a plus.
- Strong business partnering/interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work within a multidiscipline team with shared purposes. Prior experience in leading individuals to work as an effective team a plus.
- Possess advanced analytical and objective critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively balance financial and operational needs in order to deliver timely and appropriate solutions tocomplex business issues.
- Ability to develop/review/drive/enhance business model/processes and track progress/realizations accordingly.
- A high degree of proactivity, creativity and latitude is expected.
