You will play an important role to:
· Monitoring the outstanding sales contract
· Ensure stock availability to fulfil customer’s orders.
· Complete documentation such as invoicing, delivery order etc.
· Liaise and coordinate with customer, for weekly order delivery
· Liaise and coordinate with customer, 3PL warehouse and
· To ensure proper upkeep of the documentation system
ie invoices, delivery orders
· Arranging delivery to despatch customers’ orders
· Follow up on customers’ feedback and provide solutions
Qualifications & Role Requirement
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
· Good communication skills - verbal and written
· Able to work independently and as a team with other functional
groups including Sales, Finance, Service
· Positive attitude and able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
