Seeking for Operation Manager in Mini Bus Transportation Company

- Class 3 with BDVL vocational licence
- Candidate to be able to work long hours if required on public holidays, weekends and perform any ad-hoc jobs as assigned

- Open for continual development. Also, to train and coach employees for continuous improvement to refine and strengthen work performance of individuals
- Attend to, acknowledge and facilitate resolution of feedback and complaints received from customers
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required for local tourist and other passengers
- Monitor and ensure workflow processes in place are followed and all aspects of transport services are delivered
- Manage executives in customer service, scheduling and chartering
- Prepare costing and tender write-up for submission
- Responsible for designing / implementing the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high productivity and standards within the team
- Manage, troubleshoot and implement IT solutions for Bus GPS and CCTV systems with IT Vendor. Frequently monitoring of security systems
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Job Requirements
- Degree in Operations/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry
- Singaporean / PR Only
