Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team tasked with making KrisFlyer the loyalty programme of choice in Singapore and beyond. You will help to increase awareness of the KrisFlyer brand, drive member acquisitions and improve member engagement via KrisFlyer’s social media pages.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and execute branding and communications for the KrisFlyer programme across paid, owned and earned channels, with a primary focus on social media channels.
  • Manage customer engagement on social media channels and manage the planning and content development of calendar of events on social media pages.
  • Develop strategies to drive awareness and acquisition for the KrisFlyer brand globally, and increase stickiness and engagement with existing members.
  • Work closely with creative, social and media agencies to create KrisFlyer assets and content, supported by media plans.
  • Work with KrisFlyer social media team to develop selected key visuals/videos in-house.
  • Work closely with other units in the Loyalty Marketing Department to best communicate new programme enhancements and partnerships on KrisFlyer’s social media pages.
  • Collaborate with other business units across the organisation, particularly the SIA Group of companies to amplify KrisFlyer benefits.
  • Liaise with overseas stations to drive member engagement and acquisition.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor degree in any discipline; preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media.
  • Has a good understanding of marketing and communications landscape and best practices/trending topics on social media platforms.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Marketing/ Communication/ advertising is preferred.
  • Candidates with strong proven track record in social media content planning and development in an agency, or managing a brand’s social media page(s), are preferred.
  • Possesses an interest in loyalty programmes, including Frequent Flyer Programmes.
  • Digitally savvy, able to multi-task and excel under pressure.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to simplify policies in a relatable and understandable manner. Excellent command of the English language; command other languages will be an advantage.
  • A customer-centric, results-oriented self-starter, strong team player, adaptable and nimble.
