HR Consultancy (Generalist)
- Prepare and maintain employment records and paperwork
- Maintain and update HR documents such as organizational charts, employee handbooks and performance evaluation forms
- Develop and implement personnel policies or procedures
- Assist with cross-department collaboration and coordinate ground efforts to ensure success of strategic HR Partnerships
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification :
- 5-7 years of experienced
- Expatriates management experience will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour law and legistration
