Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all customer needs are met and exceeded
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at store level
- Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure food quality
- Take orders from customers and ensure accuracy in order taking
- Assist with food inventory management and restocking supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of primary education
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required but preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly and approachable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
