The Senior Digital Sales Manager will be dedicated to working on our Cyber portfolio and responsible for developing new business and engaging with existing customers on their unique digital marketing, branding and demand generation needs. Working alongside the team to build comprehensive lead generation campaigns for our clients identifying MQL and SQL opportunities from our portfolio of Online branding, Webinars, Market Reports, Bespoke Reports and Online Events.

Role Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate would have a strong knowledge of the digital sales and be passionate about building and nurturing successful lead generation campaigns for industry partners.

Day to day responsibilities includes:

· Market research and lead sourcing of solution provider companies within the Human Resources industry

· Prospect for new business and build a full pipeline of sales prospects, outreach through written, voice and online engagement

· Maintain and grow existing client base.

· Develop custom digital media programs, and create effective and persuasive proposals, building bespoke sponsorship opportunities to match prospect’s lead generation needs and broader digital marketing goals

· Oversee the full sales cycle managing revenue delivery against both required baseline business metrics and growth targets

· Work closely with our Editorial and Marketing experts to ensure the successful delivery of online programs

· Develop long term business relationships with clients, focusing on quality of service and client satisfaction to drive repeat business.


Requirements:


· 3+ years B2B Sales experience required, with two (1-2) years related experience in digital/virtual sales. (Background in online advertising or sponsorship sales would be a plus)

· Previous experience in sales for Cyber Security, IT or technology related solutions would be beneficial

· Demonstrable cold calling and prospecting expertise, a Hunter who can dig for new leads and referrals

· High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team

· Detailed oriented with exceptional organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

· General office technology skills required (PC, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, LinkedIn)
