Responsibilities :
· Ensure all warehouse operation (receiving, pick and pack, exports, container vanning & devanning storage and inventory control are picked timely and effective in accordance to SOP / WI / Work Processes.
· Perform trouble-shooting on all variances reported through physical check and system transaction verification
· Ensure all goods after picked, checked and appropriately packed into carton or polythene bag
· Ensure all damaged and expired goods are removed from the sellable locations with proper system transaction updates
· Manage a team of warehouse staff
· Work closely with warehouse man to maximize productivity through synergies of manpower transferability.
· Plan in annual stock take / cycle count / location audit, as and when required
· Maintain proper good housekeeping practices at all times
· To conduct performance review of reports and to administer the leaves / attendance of reports / to perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
· Take on other job tasks as and when assign by the superior
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse / logistic environment
· Experience in 3PL is an advantage
· SAP, WMS, MS office with Pivot Table and Vlookup
· Experience in order fulfilment is an advantage
· Bonded warehouse experience
