Hi, we are looking for a Pastry Chef/ Sous Chef/ Chef Assistant/ Kitchen Crew to join our French Pastry kitchen!
Basic Information:
- Address: North Bridge Road
- Working Hours: 9am to 7pm (include 1 hr break)
- One day off per week on weekday
- Monthly Salary $2,000-3,000 (depending on experience)
Working at Luminyoyo
Luminyoyo is a pastry brand for exquisite dacquoises and excellent services. You will be working and learning from a Le Cordon Bleu trained Pâtisserie Chef in the production of French Pâtisserie.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking pastries desserts
- Quality control
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies,
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 1-year experience as a Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef Assistant or in a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing past works, including pipping skills such as dots, rosette, and shell shapes etc.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in quality.
