10. Monthly store evaluation handling – must achieve 85 marks and above

12. Weekly Sales transmission
13. To trouble shoot variances in weekly reports
14. To maintain food cost
15. To achieve good sales
16. To attend meeting, minute taking
17. To attend online course to uphold high standard of qualification
