- Responsible for providing front-end and technical support so as to ensure smooth running of the daily operations.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting both onsite and online.
- Meeting and Event setup and onsite support.
- Manage external vendor in implementing various projects from requirement gathering, conceptualizing through to implementation and post implementation support.
- Identify system improvement to ensure information quality, security, availability and accessibility.
- Propose and specify appropriate technologies and IT architectures with the aim of achieving business objectives.
- Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Rotate duty standby over the weekends and holiday is a must.
- Knowledge of SQL is a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX is a must
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented with great problem-solving skill.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
- Ability to adapt, embrace strong cultural diversity, work with multi-ethnic teams.
- Experience in project management, vendor management, contract management, Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM and POS is an added advantage.
