- Position : Accounts Assistant - (Simple Accounting/ Data Entry/ AR/AP/GL)-Beach Road
- Location : Beach Road
- Working hours : 5 days a week - Mon-Thursday (8am-6pm) / Friday (9am-6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Accounting Data entry
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Account Payable & General Ledger
- To liaise with supplier / forwarder for imports, shipments losses / survey & cost verification
- Assist in preparation and closing of management accounts reporting.
- Responsible for quarterly reports & GST submission
- Co-ordination and support of year end audits, tax filing and company secretarial matter.
- Communication to clients, brokers, insurers, auditors, and tax agents
- General office administration duties
- Process staff reimbursement and claim forms.
- Oversee the contracts and documentations of the operations.
- Liaise with customers, shipping agents & terminal operators.
- Provide regular update to HQ.
- Computer skill and knowledge of relevant software
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with vessel operations is an advantage
- Can liaise with ship owner a/o.
