Purpose of the Role:

Rethink the FA marketing strategy business model and proposition through digitalization to provide competitive edge and sustainability


Role Attributes:

  • Key catalyst of change to develop and execute marketing strategies, revamp customer experience, improve sales advisory journey and workflow through digitisation
  • Main liaison with Life Operations and Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic initiatives, develop and implement the strategies to add business value to Distribution Growth
  • Develop, maintain and constantly enhance the digital platform roadmap and progress
  • To ensure more effective sales advisory journey in the area of sales process, product & sales proposition, partnership, leads generation and to improve MAPA through digitalization
  • Lead generation, pre and post- sales experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Recruitment, Events, Branding & Communication, Strategy, Technology, Sales Operations) to develop and execute the customer and sales journey with unsurpassed sales, after-sales and partnership experience
  • Driving the digital client and sales force engagement relationship across various segments and levels
  • Driving the digital advisor journey which includes end-to-end on-boarding/off-boarding of sales representatives, pipeline management, evaluation and selection
  • Streamline and eventually eliminate manual processes
  • CRM and client-builder management and enhancement
  • Regular review, evaluate and improve each job scope and preparation of periodic reports
  • Support various ongoing and new change and transformational initiatives
  • Support line manager with ad hoc matters
  • Projects may include working with various business units within entity and group to support, present analysis & findings on sales force segmentation, sales opportunities, leads generation, MAPA, develop tools & frameworks to streamline internal & external processes including standardisation/consolidation of eFNA e-application across core product providers

Requirements:

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge on sales (acquisition & farming), leads generation, partnership, customer & sales marketing, digitalisation
  • Customer-centric, adaptable, analytical, result oriented, meticulous, pro-business, strategic, problem solving and focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

Education

  • Academic: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Computer Science
  • CMFAS, CGI and other insurance related qualifications are preferred
