Job Scope
- Issue stock to installer and production worker daily.
- Do database entry for all stock movement and reporting.
- Ensure proper filing of paperwork and all stock records are maintained.
- Replenish stock in the refill station, issuance of components, spring, motors, end cast to production floor weekly.
- Check stock for CMS/GSS (Powder coat loose cuts, limited powder coat stock)
- Prepare purchase order for powder coating, refill station, non-inventory stocks and ad-hoc requests.
- Verify the delivered package from supplier and updating the record in the inventory stock list.
- Supervise the unloading of containers, unstuff of goods, unpack and repack of goods to ensure that all good are stored properly.
- Escalate production issue to manager or relevant departments.
- Perform inventory stock count on the last Friday & Saturday of the month with the help of the production staff.
- Assist in administrative matters.
Requirement
- GCE O Level / Diploma in relevant discipline
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Administration role
- Able to commit to work on Saturday once a month will be advantageous
