About The Position:As an Online Conference Producer with IQPC Digital, you'll be the powerhouse behind our online content series. You'll be the one to identify the hottest topics and trends that are essential to our community, securing influential speakers and brands that everyone is eager to hear from. You'll collaborate with our internal teams to orchestrate events that are not just valuable but also highly profitable.
Key responsibilities include:
· Conducting research with our community members to uncover the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
· Inviting and confirming high-profile speakers that the industry is craving, forming a diverse and experienced panel that sets the standard for thought leadership.
· Building your own network of speakers through savvy online networking.
· Crafting engaging agendas and website copy that resonate with the industry's most pressing challenges.
· Project managing the marketing and sales teams to boost profitability.
· Collaborating with sponsors to ensure their presentations add significant value to our delegates.
· Designing session formats that cater to the demands of our delegate audience.
· Showcasing your website management and event marketing skills while supporting promotion activities across various channels.
· Executing digital events, remaining calm, confident, and in control under pressure. Your prowess will be evident in the rave reviews and repeat bookings from our clients.
· Keeping a pulse on our year-round schedule of events, meticulously managing lead-times, and engaging early with all products to ensure the highest levels of community engagement.
· Working with clients on the running of sponsored webinars.
