- Position: Admin Assistant
- Location: Kallang
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Place orders, and coordinate shipments with suppliers and forwarders, and receiving goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient ordering and delivery of materials and products.
- Assist in pricing matters.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
- Working closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical, and Customer Service.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
- Minimum "O" or "A" level education or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in PC skills and Advanced Excel skills.
