Job Description
- Position Title: Customer Service Officer cum Admin
- Working Location: Gul / Tuas area
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Saturday 8.30 pm – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2000-2300
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain successful customer relationships.
- Co-ordinate with team in proposing product solutions to meet customer requirements through quotes, tender bid process and/or customer procurement process.
- Support order confirmations and deliveries.
- Support implementation of new product launches.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and development reports on accounts and area covered.
