Job Description

  • Position Title: Customer Service Officer cum Admin
  • Working Location: Gul / Tuas area
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Saturday 8.30 pm – 12 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2000-2300
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain successful customer relationships.
  • Co-ordinate with team in proposing product solutions to meet customer requirements through quotes, tender bid process and/or customer procurement process.
  • Support order confirmations and deliveries.
  • Support implementation of new product launches.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and development reports on accounts and area covered.
