- Medication administration and proper documentation.
- Perform corrective and preventive measures for non-compliance and discrepancies.
- Observe and improve SOPs and nursing home policies.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse under Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 2 years relevant experience in the ILTC/General Ward Setting
