About the role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Healthcare Business Analyst to join our Global Transformation Company. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of business operations and processes. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and improve overall performance.


Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and test plans.

· Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis findings.

· Identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks within business processes.

· Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.


Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Hospital & Health Care industry.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Skills:

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

· Expertise in Change Management and Clinical Adoption strategy implementation.

· Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.

· Proficiency in Clinical Information Systems design, build, and implementation.

· Deep understanding of clinical data validation, reporting, and analysis.

· Demonstrable success in stakeholder interactions, delivering aligned solutions.

· Familiarity with clinical environments and terminology.

· Strong values of integrity, commitment, and self-improvement.

· A methodical, thorough yet flexible approach.

· Process-driven mindset.
