JOB DESCRIPTION
- Purchase of stationeries
- Process expense claims
- Responsible to disseminate bank statements to relevant parties
- Follow up matters on behalf of senior management
- Assist senior management in administrative works
- Assist Senior Duty Officer in administrative works
- Co-Assist as administrator in HR system
- Assist in other HR matters, if necessary
- Assist in digital designing, if necessary
- Serve on departmental or staff committees dealing with general departmental and administrative concerns
- Involve in the Institute’s promotional activities
- Any other duties as assigned
