We are seeking an experienced Leadership Trainer to support first-time and middle managers in honing their leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have substantial training experience, be able to provide a comprehensive portfolio of their training work, and come with strong references endorsing their training expertise.The trainer must be willing to receive training and summative evaluation before they can train the managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver leadership training programs customized to the unique needs of first-time and middle managers.
- Utilize various training methods, both in-person and online, to engage and educate participants.
- Collaborate with managers to set specific, measurable training goals and assess learning outcomes.
- Be willing to learn and possibly provide training on different leadership assessment tools.
Qualifications:
- ACTA/ACLP Certification will be relevant but not compulsory.
- Proven training experience as a Leadership Trainer for managers.
- A robust training portfolio with evidence of successful training programs.
- Strong references attesting to your training proficiency.
