Job Scope
- Overseeing all online marketing activity.
- Manage online marketplaces (eg. Lazada & Shopee)
- Responsible for driving online marketplace sales and ensure profitability.
- Manage online campaigns to drive sales conversion.
- Ensure that all products information’s such as pictures, pricing, promotion, and stocks level are up to date.
- Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
- Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of relevant working experiences in e-commerce/ marketplace
- Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, marketplaces will be advantageous.
