We are looking to hire an MSW (Medical Social Worker) Assistant for our Client, a Social Service Agency that provides comprehensive and professional eldercare services to the aged.
· Assist in obtaining the complete Means Test application form from Next-of-Kin and submission via MediNet.
· Complete and submit MSW Monthly report, Subsidy Change report and ILTC Quarterly report.
· Data entry of client’s profile into data management system.
· Minutes taking for Medifund, MSW meetings and other formal meetings.
· Ensure proper filing of meeting minutes and appendix documents.
· Answer emails and phone enquiries for Centre Based Services application.
· Assist clients in application of assistive devices through Senior’ Mobility and Enabling Fund (SMF).
· Assist in MOH audit exercises.
· Assist MSW team in case filing works and annual case files archiving exercise.
· Contact NOKs for clients related matters.
· Assist in fundraising events and publicity needs.
· Assist in any coordinating tasks & programs among MSW team.
· Assist MSW HOD & Team Lead in any ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Min ‘O’ level
- Prior experience in the healthcare and/or Eldercare sector an advantage.
- Passionate to work with seniors and their family.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process with good writing skills.
- A good team player working with various stakeholders.
- A fast and organized worker while able to multi-task.
- Ability to speak local languages will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office essential.
