Responsibilities:
✅Introduce company's products and services to new and existing customers.
✅Support on pre-sale and post-sale
✅Developing long term customer relationship and maximizing customer retention
✅Attend customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
✅Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
