Purpose of the Role:

Focus on product proposition, partnership to drive sales results and leads generation to achieve entity’s key result areas


Role Attributes:

  • Key member to identify and filling the gaps in product suite, provide effective product packaging/proposition to improve the sales advisory journey
  • To source for partnership opportunities to drive sales (acquisition and farming) & revenue and leads generation
  • Main liaison with partnership management

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure effective sales advisory journey by developing strong support areas including products suite, sales proposition, partnership, leads generation and to improve MAPA
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Recruitment, Events, Branding & Communication, Strategy, Sales Operations) to develop and execute the sales process/journey with unsurpassed sales and partnership experience
  • Responsible for developing an advisory sales journey and experience that is practical, develop a competitive edge and sustainability
  • Driving the client and sales force engagement relationship across various segments and levels
  • Proactively source, oversee, manage and strengthen partnership for business opportunities and leads management
  • Regular review, evaluate and improve each job scope and preparation of periodic reports
  • Support various ongoing and new change and transformational initiatives
  • Support line manager with ad hoc matters
  • Projects may include working with various business unit within entity and group to support, present analysis & findings on sales force segmentation, sales opportunities, leads generation, MAPA, develop tools & frameworks to streamline internal & external processes

Requirements:

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge on sales (acquisition & farming), leads generation, partnership
  • Customer-centric, adaptable, analytical, result oriented, meticulous, pro-business, strategic, problem solving and focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

Education

  • Academic: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration
  • CMFAS, CGI and other insurance related qualifications are preferred
  • Active RNF status will be an advantage
