We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our retail operations.

Job Description:

As a Retail Store Manager at Red Dot Running Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.


You will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.


This position is open to Singapore citizens and Permanent residents of Singapore only.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.


Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory levels, track stock movements, and minimize shrinkage through effective inventory control.


Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.


Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed attractively to enhance the shopping experience.


Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, order fulfillment, and compliance with company policies and procedures.


Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
