- Position : HR Executive / Generalist (Simple Payroll / Recruitment / Admin
- Location : 1 Raffles Place(nearest MRT: Raffles)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday daily in office, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Completion Bonus
- Duration : 6 months Contract (Cover Maternity Leave (Starts Nov/ Dec 2023 )
- Industry : Admin and Management Services ( Banking / Finance)
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll for 20 headcount
- Expatriate management for temporary accommodation search and their logistics support;
- Assist in HR admin functions including but not limited to recruitment; selection, coordination of
- training activities and organization of company events;
- Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations;
- Assist in benefits administration, including leave, group life & medical insurances and other staff welfare;
- Responsible for the Manpower and MAS surveys;
- Provide support on record management and update of HRIS systems;
- Assist HR queries from all staff;
- Update Employee handbook and policies;
- Maintain the personnel filing system;
- Support ad hoc HR projects and office administration duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist.
- Experience in payroll processing and tax, workpass applications/ renewals and the Compass framework and process
- Well versed and up to date knowledge of Singapore Employment laws and HR practice;
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Time soft payroll system experience is an added advantage
