- Ensure day to day operations of run smoothly.
- Analyse and plan sales figures and profitability.
- Maintain bar and beverage inventory updates and ordering supplies.
- Develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep bar area and utensils clean, sanitized and tidy at all times.
- Check on bar related equipment and utensils regularly and report to management on any maintenance needs.
- Strict compliance with all healthy and safety regulations.
- Strictly adhering to all food & beverage quality controls.
- Communicate customer feedback to Management and make recommendations.
Requirement:
- Positive, polite and engaging personality.
- Good interpersonal & communications skills.
- Working Knowledge of major POS system.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proven work experience as a barista and/or bartender and in an F&B environment is required.
- Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
