Roles & Responsibilities
This Role involves dealing with our Singapore and Hong Kong Office.
Job Description
· Manage day-to-day office activities within HR and Finance like preparing of HR-relatated documents, maintaining of employee records and simple bookeeping.
· Ensure timely updates of personal files.
· Involve in monthly payroll and expenses processing.
· Submission of foreign worker levy waiver and submission for government related grants (childcare,maternity, etc)
· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
· No experience are welcome as long you are comfortable talking to people and doing admin duties.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and positive relationships.
· Must be detail-oriented, organized and multi tasking.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
· Full training will be provided.
