To supervise all works on site and coordinate the foreign workforce and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to local authorities requirement.
• Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.
• Able to handle more than one project at a time.
• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority
• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings
• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers
• Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.
• Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.
Job Requirement:
• Possess atleast diploma certificate.
• Min 15 years of experience.
• Min 5 years of Local experience in singapore.
• Experience in managing high safety related workplace with the labour force.
• Should be able to converse in any one of the local languages will be a advantage (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil).
