Job Responsibilities:
- Assist line manager in handling procurement matter, checking of purchase orders raised, order confirmation and invoices from supplier
- Coordinate with the shipping companies, checking of shipping details, status and GST payment
- Coordinate with insurance companies, relating to marine insurance and claims
- Coordinate with bank on preparation of bank document example LC application, shipping guarantee
- Handle import documentation
- Coordinate, process and expedite the relevant shipping documents for import shipping clearance
- Monitoring and updating internal customers on the cargoes estimated arrival date
- Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
- Attend to internal customers enquiries regarding shipping and procurement
- Others ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years experiences
- Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
