We’re looking for results-driven Sales Advisors with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Sales Advisors are responsible for communicating the benefits of our company’s products and services in order to drive sales and serve as the point of contact between the company and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers with information and assistance that relates to our products and services. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth by expanding the customer base and introducing new products.
Responsibilities:
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods
- Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate efficiently
- Minimum O-level, or equivalent
- Prior sales experience (any industry) is preferred
- No sales experience are welcome to apply
- With or without driving license
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful, cooperative, and proactive
- Self motivated and driven
- Customer-oriented
