• Working location at Clementi
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm (5 Days Work: one weekday off & need to commit one day during weekend)

Job Scope
- Responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, sharing expert product knowledge, and driving sales with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Greet and assist our customers visiting the showroom, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized showroom to enhance the shopping experience.
- Provide support via the hotline, including responding to messages, addressing customer questions or concerns, providing estimates based on their specific needs and requirements and scheduling site visits for customers.
- Attend to the client requests for servicing and coordinate the scheduling with our service team.
- Maintain records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring accurate documentation.
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Retail Sales or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service role
