- Evaluate and validate Variation Orders (VO)
- Manage monthly progress payment assessment and administrate for subcontract.
- Organize and update project budget and actual cost; Update cash flow projection.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Construction industry in managing Residential/Commercial portfolio.
