Purpose of the Role:

Focus on Distribution Finance Compensation function, sales performance analysis, sales incentive initiatives and sales force remuneration enhancement for the entity and act as key member of the Distribution Support team.


Role Attributes:

  • Key member to provide detailed dashboards, sales performance analysis, sales tracking & monitoring, design & monitor sales incentive initiatives
  • To review, redefine and enhance the sales force overall remuneration framework

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Finance Compensation
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Recruitment, Events, Branding & Communication, Strategy, Sales Operations) to develop and execute the sales incentive initiatives
  • Responsible for day-to-day sales performance with timely updates on various dashboards
  • Analytical review of performance against budget and forecast with associated commentaries
  • Monitor and evaluate sales incentive, expenses, revenue and sales numbers
  • Preparation of periodic reports
  • Support various ongoing and new change and transformational initiatives
  • To review, redefine and enhance the sales force overall remuneration framework to provide competitive edge and sustainability
  • Support line manager with ad hoc matters
  • Projects may include working with various business unit within entity and group to support, present analysis & findings on sales force segmentation, MAPA and overall financial well-being, develop tools & frameworks to streamline internal processes

Requirements:

Experience

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of sales force remuneration framework
  • Good understanding of sales management
  • Customer-centric, adaptable, analytical, result oriented, meticulous, pro-business, strategic, problem solving and focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

Education

  • Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration
  • CMFAS and other insurance related qualifications are preferred
