- Overall, in-charge of the sales and operational planning team including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance.
- Gather data of sales forecasts, inventory levels in the value chain and current manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, throughputs, and capacities.
- Apply Lean principles to improve all value chains and drive ideas for improvement into Group Operations team.
- Drive the success of a safe and healthy workplace and sustainability goals and targets set by the business.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent
- At least 5 years in operational and sales management experience in the Smart Metering/IOT industry.
- Strong knowledge in Commercial contract negotiation.
