We are recruiting analysts who wish to pursue a career in corporate advisory profession. The analyst will have exposure to various corporate advisory project such as fund raising, merger & acquisition, feasibility studies and valuation project. Additionally, the role will have direct client interaction in managing corporate advisory assignments.
- Perform corporate advisory work such as fund raising, merger & acquisition and valuation;
- Development of financial models and draft of reports which include industry & market analysis;
- Coordinate with client, auditor & other professionals and provide the support in relation to the corporate advisory projects;
- Undertake site visit to understand the business operations (where required)
- Assist in client sourcing, deal sourcing and preparation of marketing materials
