Job Responsibilities:
- Pre/post contract administration, preparation of tender documentation and pricing
- Quantity taking-off, cost estimation and project planning
- Subcontractors sourcing and liaising for quotations
- Perform cost planning and cost control
- Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments, assist in verifying subcontractor claims for projects
- Settle contractual disputes
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building Science or Quantity Surveying from a recognized university
- Training provided for those without/lesser experience
