Job Responsibilities:
- Support for NPI and FAI, oversee the quality of new products from sample build to mass production
- Ensure new product introduction (FA) and proper documentation are met
- Follow up in NPI build and engineering evaluation
- Prepare and complete all FA documentation including QC/QA report in preparation for handover to Production
- Conduct trainings to qc inspectors before handover of FA projects to Production
- Perform qualification validation of equipment, processes and test methods
- Experience in Process validation activities as Quality function
- Responsible for performing First Article Inspection and assist to tabulate measured data into First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
- Create and review and update quality function work instruction FMEA, Control plan when needed
- Attend kick off meetings and work with Engineering team on jigs design
- Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for instruments and equipment
- Preparation of QIS and sample boards for NPI parts before project handover
- To carry out other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering with at least 2-3 years of working experiences in quality engineering or in manufacturing
- Knowledge in GD&T, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, 8D Report
- Able to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
