JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
- Responsible for the production of Dumplings XiaoLongBao and Dim Sum etc. product
- Responsible for the production of braised beef, braised meat and beef soup, pork ribs soup etc. cooked product
- Responsible for the frozen & cooked product packing, store, delivery and others
- Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of relevant experience in Dumpling XiaoLongBao and Dim Sum production
- Relevant culinary experience preferably in braised meat and cook meat bone soup
- Possess WSQ Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.
- Physically fit
- Able to handle heavy stuffs like 20 - 30 kg
- Able to work long hours, weekend and public holiday
- Able to work night shift
- Able to work in cold Environment (in/out -25° cold room)
