Enterprise Architecture Leadership:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the architecture team in the development and execution of enterprise architecture initiatives.
TOGAF Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of TOGAF principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Apply TOGAF framework to create and maintain architecture artifacts, such as business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.
Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of technology trends on the enterprise architecture and recommend adjustments as needed.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop the skills of the architecture team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide guidance on career development paths for individuals within the enterprise architecture team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s, MBA) are a plus.
- TOGAF Certification is required.
- Proven experience 3+ years in a senior TOGAF executive role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
