We are currently looking for a Singapore based Program Manager to work in the Global Accounts Retailer Delivery team. The Program Manager is responsible for achieving outstanding client satisfaction, revenue and quality standards for their client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born leader, with excellent communication skills you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to delivery first class client experience, optimise productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to our clients objectives
  • Develop program assessment indicators for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain standards of client satisfaction, delivery quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Creating and managing long-term goals
  • Developing, managing budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Establish and maintain communication strategy, with stakeholders to ensure, transparent, clear and meaningful communication
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Analysing and mitigating program risks.

Overall responsibility:

  • Work closely with client, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from our clients and their objectives
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with other program/project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to overall governance and KPIs, driving the team to deliver a first class client experience

  • Proven track record of delivery complex ERP, and ideally retail based projects/programs

  • Ability to deliver complex scenarios in a clear, concise and relatable manner
