Responsibilities:
- Lead, Design and implement high quality complex applications and solutions.
- Conduct technical feasibility study, analyze requirement specifications and collaborate with teams to design and architect solutions including developing proof of concepts.
- Document and update the technical design specifications.
- Prepare effort estimation, develop technical activities, schedule and work breakdown structures to ensure compliance to project scope, deliverables, resources and budget.
- Identify and keep abreast of latest application development and technology trends on new initiative and emerging technologies.
- Conduct or facilitate knowledge sharing of emerging technologies
- Create and maintain software automation using CI-CD
- Deliver and integrate Microservices with web and mobile applications.
Requirements:
- Analyse and ptimise performance and reliability for the fullstack applications.
- Design and Develop Java, Restful API/Webservices on cloud platform for service and consumption
- Experience in Build responsive Web applications using React JS
- experience in Building Microservices with the 12 Factor App Pattern on Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Hands-on experience with Java/Web frameworks and tools including Java/JEE, Python, Spring Boot Framework, ReactJS, Kafka, MongoDB, Cloud Foundry or similar cloud technology
- DevOps and CICD knowledge e.g. Git, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Docker, unit test and Test driven development
- Familiarity with the database technologies, preferably MariaDB, MySQL, NoSQL
- Knowledge in different domains, programming languages and client environments
- Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes will be added advantage.
