Description
- Under general supervision, works within a specialized function with work verified on an as-needed basis.
- Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and service orders. Writes
- routine reports and correspondence. Requires the ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of
- organization.
- Mainly handles timekeeping from start to end processes and answers queries/disputes related to attendance.
- Responsible for the accuracy of employees’ attendance records and ensuring no missing attendance before uploading in SAP for payroll process.
- Communicate with respective employees and supervisors if there is any missing attendance and perform corrections.
- Prepares weekly OT reports for the leadership team.
Requirement
- Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Requires 4-5 years of experience.
- Requires basic skills in Microsoft Excel and background experience in database management systems.
